Friendly staff, clean room, rooftop onsen, great view, convenient location.

All was good.

The hotel was located not far from the train station, but unfortunately on the steep hill. there were lockers at the station where we could leave our bags until check-in time. the staff's service was excellent, providing various free tea bags. the room was clean and had everything we needed, and the rooftop onsen was an added bonus, with an amazing view.

The hotel did not offer a shuttle bus service from the station despite being located on the steep hill.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. This place was absolutely stunning and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The location, situated on a hill, offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area and the sea. Additionally, the hotel provided a convenient shuttle service which made getting around a breeze. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy terrace. The staff, especially those working the night shift, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt like a valued guest throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The view from the room was fantastic and we got to enjoy some free treats in the room. the hotel was situated in a convenient location and provided a shuttle service in the morning. We also liked the fact that we could relax in the rooftop onsen.

The hotel did not offer enough amenities in the room and some were available only through vending machines. We also found it difficult to transport our baggage up to the hotel as there were a lot of stairs to climb.

During our stay at this hotel, we were impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage, which was much appreciated. Additionally, the variety of free tea bags available was a pleasant surprise.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to access some rooms, especially in the annex building. This was especially inconvenient after a long day of sightseeing and navigating hills to get to the hotel.
